Budget Fashion
I really like girly things, and the line is for people aged around teen years, or small/medium adult.
It can’t be overly expensive!!!!
It has to be good-quality.
I really appreciate help.

forever 21, target, and look through clearance at more expensive stores and you can usually find deals on really nice stuff

look at CLEARANCE!!! like american eagle has good clearance and if you really want to aeropostale has really really good clearance but it depends if you want to wear aero or not. Don’t do WESEAL if you want quality! their stuff is really cheap, like the clothing and stuff wear out very quickly and its just not good materials although they are really cute and inexpensive… but yeah clearance isn’t bad like they put stuff on clearance fairly fast at ae

Today I went to the store Steve and Barry’s. Sarah Jessica Parker (from Sex and the City) has a line called Bitten that is really cute! Her motto is “Fashion is not a luxury” and believes everyone should be able to look cute for less! Everything at Steve and Barry’s is low-priced, at my store everything was $8.98 and less.
Amanda Bynes also has a line at Steve and Barry’s, called Dear, which is really cute and sounds like what you’re looking for. It reminds me of AE and Victoria’s Secret’s Pink Collection.
If you have one close to you, its worth checking out! I’ve heard mixed reviews on how the clothes fit, so I guess you’ll have to see for yourself.
Otherwise, one of my favorite stores is Forever 21. They’ve recently introduced a line that are basic essentials to a wardrobe for CHEAP!
Hope it helps.
