I’m going to Sadie’s and i really need help finding a dress. I need a black dress with not to flashy heels and it cant be butt load expansive. It cant be super short but not as long as a prom dress and the heels have to be three inches or less. Thank you for your help

im a guy and have long curly hair down to my shoulders and it seems whenever it dries it gets really frizzy, and sticks out more than i would like it to. any ideas on how to make my less frizzy and stick out less, or even just less curly would be great. im looking for certain types of shampoos or MAYBE styling products. no straighteners or blow dryers or anything like that.
